How can I delete old accounts from MS Authenticator

I am a freelancer, and my clients often set me up with credentials in their domain. I have a couple that I need to delete from the Authenticator app and I can't for the life of me figure out how. I saw on another response that I need to select the hamburger menu and select Accounts. But I don't have a hamburger menu, I just have three dots, and there are no Accounts options under settings. Help! This is driving me crazy.

You can delete the account from the phone. On my android phone it is in Settings\Passwords & accounts
