Azure OpenAI Chat with own data - References Parts have same name? (Possible Bug)

Azure OpenAI Chat with your data references looks like have a bug. When I ask questions from where the source file is long, the reference's parts have the same name. For example, in the following image [1] and [2] have the same name. When I click the references, both have different contents. They should be Part 1 and Part 2. Similar for [3] and [4]. I think it was working fine one or two months ago where the references had different Parts name.
How to reproduce: Source should be a really long file (cognitive service stores it in parts) and asking questions from that source.

I have tried this in my Chat Playground but I am not able to reproduce the issue. I could see the correct results.
I have tried this with GPT35Turbo and GPT4. Which models you are using?

- model: GPT-4
- Cognitive service API version: 2023-07-01-preview
- Search type: Hybrid (Vector+keyword). Embedding model: ada02
Any idea why it might happen?
