Options to replicate a geo-secondary replica to a new write enabled database.

I have a cross-subscription/cross-tenant Active Geo Replication setup. Company A (geo-primary) is replicating to secondary database (geo-secondary) in Company B. In Company B is required to create some views and store procedures on geo-secondary, but because this database is read only, the idea is to replicate and sync to a new write-enabled database.

What alternatives are available besides Data Factory to accomplish this replication/sync?

Azure SQL Database

@Jorge Villacorta Welcome to Microsoft Q&A thanks for posting your question

Based on the scenario either Data sync or Azure data factory is a viable option. Any specific reason why you dont want to go with data factory?
