App Service deployed using zip deployment but not showing in Deployment Center

App Service deployed using zip deployment but not showing in Deployment Center.
Running Jenkin's pipeline to deploy App Service using zip deployment using docker container.
Deployment is successful but not able to see it in Deployment Center logs. and becasue of this the app is not working properly.

SCM_DO_BUILD_DURING_DEPLOYMENTis set to false. Please confirm if you have that set to true. With regards to your app not running properly, have you reviewed your apps diagnostic logs? -

Please allow me to clarify, when the app is deployed using CLI on terminal, it works fine and can see all it in Deployment Center, but when the Jenkins pipeline is executed to deploy the zip, the app does not work.
Would you suggest I set
SCM_DO_BUILD_DURING_DEPLOYMENTas an environment variable under configuration to simplify the deployment process?Thank you for your repsonse.

2023-11-07T19:16:43.8466667+00:00 Apologies for the delayed response @Chhanechhara, Milin . I did reach out to the product group regarding this but since Ignite is rapidly approaching, it will be sometime before hearing back.
SCM_DO_BUILD_DURING_DEPLOYMENTtells the platform to build the artifacts on the server. This may be a viable workaround until we determine if there's a gap between Jenkins and the Deployment Center experience. -
