Need help with my Certifications profile

I am registered with abhishek1989saxena@gmail.com in learning profile.

I was unable to find certifications option in my profile and was not able to download any certificates.

Now i am not able to see any data in new profile with same email address.

All the history is wiped out. Need help!!!
