Getting the error "Did not find any initialized language workers" while executing Python Azure Function

I have a premium azure function that is use for data preprocessing. When I try to test the function in the Azure portal testing Area the function runs for around 80ms and get the error "Exception while executing function: FUNCTION_NAME Did not find any initialized language workers".

The web app is using runtime version 4 and Python stack with version 3.10

I was hoping someone could help me with issue, I have looked online but it seems the fix varies?

    @Anonymous Thanks for your patience! As discussed offline this was a known issue and as a workaround setting the App setting "WEBSITE_RUN_FROM_PACKAGE" to 1 in the Configuration resolved this issue. reference: https://github.com/Azure/azure-functions-python-worker/issues/1341#issuecomment-1812395345
