Still did not get the Azure Data Engineer Associate certification.DP-203 Unable to see.

Question

I passed my DP-203 (Data Engineering on Microsoft Azure) on 26-10-2023 but am not able to see the certification and the badge also transcript on my dashboard.

I did not seen the score card also kindly help me to resolve this one.
