He aprobado el examen AZ-900 pero no recibo el badge de la certificación

Buenos días, mi nombre es Joan Amengual.

Hace más de 2 días pase el examen de la certificación AZ-900, recibí un correo de Microsoft Azure felicitándome por el logro. No obstante, después de esperar varios días no he recibido el badge.

He visto qué más usuarios han tenido este problema. ¿Sería posible solventar este problema?.
