Exam discount not appling?

Hi,

In Feb I attended 'Microsoft Security Virtual Training Day: Security, Compliance and Identity Fundamentals' which included which included eligibility to take the certification exam at no cost.

I logged into check this and it showed the discount applied and expiring 07 Dec 2023 (I took a screenshot of this to remember the date).

I've now logged into book the exam but its now not applying the discount.

When I click on 'Contact Us' it just directs me to ask the question here but I cant find an appropriate tag for it.

Can somebody help please? Many thanks.
