Can I use Azure Credits from my Partner benefits to manage my Instance?

Hi,

I was actually looking to confirm if I can provision a Dev instance on Azure by utilizing the Azure credits that we get as part of the partner benefits (Active Pack Partner benefits)

We are currently hosting an Azure instance through a vendor. We would like to move it to our own instance if that we can utilize the Azure Credits.
