I am unable to register for exam AZ-104: Microsoft Azure Administrator

I am unable to register for Recertification exam AZ - 104. I am getting below error whenever try to schedule the exam.

"There was an issue scheduling your exam. Please try again later, or if the problem persists, contact support."

Please help or direct to correct contact, I have tried several times to call Pearson Vue but couldn't understand the option to talk with helpdesk executive.
