How can unsubscribe from a free trial of teams

Question

Today I received an email saying that my free trial is coming to an end and I wish to unsubscribe.

My email address that I set the trial up with and the email address to which I'm receiving the emails is simon@fritzfryer.co.uk

but when I try to log in I can find out to unsubscribe also I can't sign into the admin centre using that email address it say's it isn't recognised

To be honest with you, the email is just a marketing mail to see if you want to get back to use the paid teams. Even if you delete your Microsoft Account and others, as long as you have used it before, you will continue to get marketing mails. It is normal and nothing to worry about and the license will expire.
