Purchased az-900 practice exam but unable to access it.

Hi,

I've purchased the AZ-900 FUNDAMENTALS practice exam (Microsoft Practice Test powered by MeasureUp). The instructions were never sent to my personal email which is linked to the Microsoft account. I suspect it was sent to my old corporate email which I no longer have access to. Following that fact, I attempted to contact Pearson Vue, only to be referred to Microsoft.

I'd kindly ask for assistance on this matter. Thank you.
