Can a policy be set for Microsoft Edge to block all websites except those on a policy allow list?

You can enable this policy URLBlocklist and set the value to '*' to block all URLs then define exceptions in the URLAllowlist policy.

I discussed your reply with my manager earlier today

It looks like the tool you suggest is group policy

As an organisation we are endeavouring to move away from Group Policy

Can you advise please if a policy can be deployed using a tool such as Azure AD?

Thanks for your reply.

Yes, it's group policy. For other tools like AAD, I'm not familiar with. If you want to use other tools, I suggest that you can also ask with other tags so that you can get relevant support.

I was able to accomplish this on one terminal, but all subsequent terminals failed. I've checked and rechecked the process and it's still ineffective. Any idea what could be preventing it from working after setting Value to * ???

I've taken your advice and edited the original post to add tags for:

Azure Active Directory

Microsoft Entra

Microsoft 365

I've no idea if they or any other cloud admin tools can provide what I request. Let's see what reply with (if anything).
