how to fix remoteapp windows closed without message

Hello,

we have a problem on many of our workstations, but not all of them.

some remoteapp windows close without error message

when the application is relaunched, it returns to the remote session as if it had never been closed.

at the event observer level, we regularly notice the following two errors:

I can't see any difference between a workstation with the problem and one without.

I've already tried an "sfc /scannow" with no improvement.

all workstations are running the same version of Windows 10 22H2, including workstations that don't have the problem.

I don't see any server-side anomaly in the event observer.

would you have a clue as to how to solve this problem?

but today we have one computer with patch v 10.0.19041.3636 from nov. 16

and one with version 10.0.19.041.3155 from july

both with problem

november patch don't resolve the issu
