I need support regarding my Microsoft certificate. On November 4th, I cleared the AZ-305 (Designing Microsoft Azure Infrastructure Solutions) exam, and the proof of clearance is shown on the Microsoft website in the credential certificate portal, which states that I passed the AZ-305 exam.

However, I have not yet received the certificate. Could you please help me in obtaining my AZ-305 certificate?
