Good day. I need to use the feature to send SMS. I have the problem when I want to use Telephony and SMS>Phone Numbers in Azure Communication Services. I first made a free account, immediately upgraded to pay-as-you-go, then made the resource. I then made another subscription, moved the resource, same happens. Here is my billing properties for the subscription. Subcription ID : ********-cab73 (Only sharing the last 5 characters) Please help me on what I need to do.

Based on shared information, I have looked at the backend logs, I see that your subscription billing address is in Philippines (PH) and you are trying to acquire phone numbers in US(United states) and AE (United Arab Emirates) regions which is not allowed. If you want to purchase the phone number in US region then your subscription billing need in any of the below listed countries. Note: Billing country cannot be changed as mentioned in the documentation here . Please refer to this public documentation , to know more about Country/regional availability of telephone numbers and subscription eligibility. As per the investigations PH billing address is not supported to purchase any phone number now. The workaround or the solution is to create a new subscription accordingly in which country phone number you want to purchase. Feel free to reach back to me if you have any further questions on this,

I am not trying to acquire phone number in US (United states) and AE (United Arab Emirates). I am trying to acquire phone number in PH (Philippines).

Did I understand that right? Please let me know anything wrong in my understanding.

If you want to acquire phone number in PH (Philippines) then your billing account should be in any of the below listed countries.

Since your subscription offer type is Microsoft Customer Agreement type you will be one having one billing account for all the subscription. You need to create a new billing account either it might be in US or other countries based on which country phone number you want to purchase and if you want to transfer subscription to new account then you need to contact Azure Support.

@VenkateshDodda-MSFT I will create another account with a billing country that is US-based. Since I do not live in US, I cannot fill the address fields with US-based data. How do I proceed?

Jhayvee Al Niño Velasquez Apologize for the inconvenience caused. I understand that you doesn't have any address details to create a billing account in US . But this is one of the prerequisites in purchasing or acquiring the phone number in ACS.
I would suggest you provide product feedback by raising feedback request here and ACS engineering team actively monitors feedback requests and prioritize them accordingly.
