Which role assignment do i need for adding KeyVault access policies?

When it comes to assigning Key Vault access policies or Azure RBAC permissions on your Vault, you'll need the Microsoft.Authorization/roleAssignments/write and Microsoft.Authorization/roleAssignments/delete permissions, such as those found in the Key Vault Data Access Administrator (preview), User Access Administrator, or Owner roles.
