I recently upgraded my CPU and Motherboard. I had Windows 10 Pro on computer But windows will not re activate. I thinking about getting windows 11 since now my Motherboard and CPU will run win 11, But without win 10 being activated I cant really upgrade to win 11. How can I get Win 10 re activated?

If the hardware was replaced because of an OEM warranty issue then the pc manufacturer should provide you with a new product key. Otherwise, you may need to purchase a new product key.
