I recently heard that OpenAI released new models like GPT-4 Turbo, GPT-4 V, DALL-E 3, TTS-1, and Whisper-3. These models are incredibly exciting. I'm curious if Azure OpenAI will include them. If so, when and in which regions will the models be available?

There is no exact ETA at this time we can share when these models will be available in Azure OpenAI.

Once these models are available, What's new in Azure OpenAI Service and Azure OpenAI Service models page will be updated accordingly with more details.

I would suggest you, keep an eye on the above for more updates. I will also update here once models are included.
