Getting past the Limited Access Review for Capstone Project

I am doing a senior capstone project for the University of Michigan where I am trying to use Azure Facial Recognition. I finally got to the point of testing about a month ago and realized I needed to get past the Limited Access Review in order to actually show it working. I emailed limacctr@microsoft.com 2 weeks ago requesting access as it describes in the here, but got no response and mailed csgate@microsoft.com but haven't gotten any response. I am supposed to be in the testing phase now but can't get this access point because I can't get a response about this review. Is there something else I can do to speed this process up? I have also emailed azcommunity@microsoft.com and they had said to create a new thread which is what I am doing here. Thank you in advance!
