How to fix Extension in Azure DevOps portal

Question

Azure DevOps, I tried using the classic editor to create a pipeline without YAML, i selected Empty Job and added Agent job1, in the extension its shows get it free and not apply. so, I visited the marketplace to download the extension i needed to work on and it shows installed and still not apply after i downloaded the file from the marketplace. please should i do to have access to all the extension.
