AZ-900,AZ-104,AZ-400 Certification is not showing in Microsoft Dashboard

Hi,

My certifications is not showing in Microsoft Dashboard....please Look into this

i want to renew AZ-104 certification but there is no available in the dashboard,even not showing certification tab,please assist me
