When attempting to activate a sandbox in a learning module, the activation process seems to loop, repeatedly running through steps such as creating a resource group and storage, without actually opening the sandbox. This continues until the allowed amount of sandboxes is exhausted for the day. I have attempted logging out of my Azure accounts and clearing my browser cache and history, but the issue persists. Even attempting to log on directly to the Azure portal results in the same looping behavior. How can I resolve this issue?
