When attempting to activate a sandbox in a learning module, the activation process seems to loop, repeatedly running through steps such as creating a resource group and storage, without actually opening the sandbox. This continues until the allowed amount of sandboxes is exhausted for the day. I have attempted logging out of my Azure accounts and clearing my browser cache and history, but the issue persists. Even attempting to log on directly to the Azure portal results in the same looping behavior. How can I resolve this issue?

Hi Akyuz, Kate,
From your question we understand that you have exhausted all your sandboxes for the day. And that you tried to logout and login to your profile. Can you please try the same after 24 hours? Sandboxes are limited to 20 in number over a period of 24 hours.
Can you please specify the learn path exercise that you are trying to access?
Can you please confirm if this is your work/school account and if you have the necessary permissions?

The MS Learn module was Create an Azure virtual machine in the Describe Azure Compute and Networking Path. The problem is that I did not exhaust any of my sandboxes. I never had access to the sandbox at all. Instead when I clicked on the "Activate Sandbox" button, the app started looping through the activation cycle and activating and deleting sandboxes continuously. I never had access to the sandbox and yet my sandbox supply for the day was exhausted. I was using my work account from my personal MS Surface which worked fine with the sandbox on the last module. I was attempting to do the learning path late last night, so my sandboxes still appear to be exhausted despite my not using any. Any help most appreciated.
