Signed on to q&a and received incomplete page rendering without the dark theme that I have selected for use. Clearing cookies and browser cache did not help. Signing out and signing in did not help. Changing language to English ( United Kingdom ) restored dark theme and complete rendering for a single page only. This site has become completely unusable for me. Please address this new bug as soon as possible.
Additionally, this site rejected any attempt to post a question or a comment that contained an image displaying the broken rendering. Even though these attempts contain plenty of text the explanation for the erroneous rejection was that the content contains an inadequate number of characters. What a mess!

This is indicative of some client side files not getting served up. Team is working on the issue. We saw this last week as well.

FYI, the site rendered correctly for me yesterday. Today it was a mess.
Yep - the issue popped up again after they had fixed it last week when it happened. They are continuing to try and find the root cause to prevent it from happening again. Some pages are working right now - like this one - but others are not.
FWIW, my experience has been that the rendering issue is associated with q&a. When I visit other pages at learn.microsoft.com (e.g., Windows documentation) they render properly.

Thanks for the feedback. Cache cleared. Q&A rendering seems to be working properly again. I'll post back if the issue resurfaces.
