Hi

I currently have my domain functional level set at server 2012 R2. All domain controllers already on 2019 but there are some servers (6 to be exact) still on 2012 R2 - upgrade to 2019 in few weeks.

What will the impact be on server still on 2012 if I upgrade domain functional level to 2019?

What will impact be on workstations? (mix between Windows 10 and 11. Maybe 1 or 2 still on windows 7)

Thanks

2016 functional level is currently the highest.
