Microsot App Authenticator

Question

Hello everyone
I just installed the app authenticator on my ios Device and linked my work account to the authenticator.
And i've set up the auth via the microsoft app auth for my account in the security parameters
Suddenly i just removed the account from the app and now i can add the account to the microsoft app anymore because there's still the authentication from my ios device now ( the account is already not in the device anymore and i didn't backed up )
So now when I try to remove the authentification in my account security parameters, it redirect always the 'number' from my app auth ( which i dont have anymore )
So i'm stuck now and cannot remove the authentifiction via microsoft app in the security settings

My questions is that admin on the domains can remove the authentificator by the application mobile or not ?

Hi @Harentsoa RANDRIAMAHOLIMANANA ,

an admin of the Azure Tenant should be able to unblock, remove or reset the MFA option for the account:

• Azure Entra ID > Users
• Choose the user
• Select Authentication methods
