cannot find certifications in my profile

Hi,

I recently completed Azure certifications (AZ900, DP900). I want to download my certificate but cannot find certificates menu in my profile.

My personal and professional profiles are linked.

Microsoft Certification / Exams is currently not supported in the Q&A forums.
