Remote Desktop Disconnection Error

Question

Good morning, we have a PC that receives the following error when you are connected to it via remote desktop and it disconnects you, it may happen for a few minutes or it may happen after a few seconds all the time.

"the remote desktop services session was terminated for any of these possible reasons"

It has been proven that it happens from outside the network and the Lan itself.

Network drivers have been updated, and it happens with the integrated network card and with another USB. It is a laptop with updated Windows 11.

If it kicks you out and you reconnect, it connects, but it can kick you out again after a few seconds.

The simple solutions such as those indicated in the error message have been reviewed, and in principle they would not be.
