I encountered a problem when attempting to deploy the 'msdocs-python-flask-webapp-quickstart' to my web application. After starting the application and navigating to the default domain, I received a 403 error

- Could you please enable the diagnostic logging on the container and review the log stream by following the steps to understand more why you are getting the 403 error.
- You can run the HTTP 4XX errors detector under Availability and Performance in Diagnose and solve problem to troubleshoot these errors and to know more.
- Can you please confirm if you are following this document. If Yes, hope there are no modifications to the steps. If you are following any other document or steps please share them once.
