Word 365 isn't displaying screenshots

Question

Using Microsoft 365 MSO (Version 2310 Build 16.0.16924.20054) 64-bit. None of my screenshots are being displayed in MS Word. Getting only a box with: "The image part with relationship IDrld8 was not found in the file."

I've followed all the AI suggestions:

Have turned off picture placeholders;

Have turned off "Show drawings and text boxes on screen".

Have turned off "Use draft quality".

Have deleted old screenshots and inserted new ones.

Have changed wrapping style to "in line with text".

Have changed the reading view.

Have removed Trust Centre Settings, saved and re-opened the document.

Have toggled "Show field codes instead of their values".

Have re-opened with "Open and Repair".

Have turned on "Print drawings created in Word"

Using Microsoft 365 and don't have a Microsoft Office installation.

Screenshots still not showing after re-opening the document.

There is no guarantee the picture will remain in a file of its own therefore I do NOT want to re-do the screenshots for a 3rd time to "paste as a picture" - or "link to file".

Any ideas please?
