Excel file copy and paste ok but did not show border of the table

Question

We had an exchange on the prem server. At Outlook Web, if we paste any Excel file with a border but the border not showing. It's a default feature or problem.

I believe we are the same. I also checked in my partner's environment. this seems to be byDesign that only happens in on-premise OWA.
