I am no longer to find my certificate under my profile.

Hello,

I have a scheduled exam approaching, while I would like to reschedule the exam. Surprisingly I couldn't find any scheduled exam under my profile, also couldn't find my certificate neither!! Though I have followed the guide to remove my personal account, then re-added under my corporate account, still don't see anything.
