Unable to access company account and authenticator app

Our ex-colleague is the only global administrator and authenticator of our Company account. We have failed to log in now due to a lack of authentication code. We tried to download the authenticator app and proceed, but it seems the authentication code is only available to match our ex-colleague's phone. We wonder whether any possible methods to log in to our Company account. Please advise any direct support email account from Microsoft to solve the above issues for us.

    You'll need an account admin to reset the account so a new QR code can be generated with which you can relink the authentication device to your account.

    According to what you said "You'll need an account admin to reset the account so a new QR code can be generated with which you can relink the authentication device to your account.", I tried to log in that account and they requested for authentication code.
