I worked from my end in the speech studio, it was working fine.
Using Xiaochen, there are few Speaking styles (e.g. Poetry-reading, Default). Might be due to this reason, you are experiencing the two different sounds.
And if this is not the reason, can you please provide more details about the issue you're facing? What do you mean by "two completely different sounds"? Also send me the screen shot of the page.
In the meantime, I recommend checking the following:
- Ensure that you have selected the correct language and voice for your text-to-speech output.
- Check if the issue persists across different devices or browsers.
- Try using a different text-to-speech service to see if the issue is specific to Speech Studio.

- This problem is common and has also been reported by other users, not just me encountering difficulties.
- By synthesizing the same text ten times, the problem of abnormal speech can be detected.
- Not only did I try changing my device, but I even mobilized my family and friends, with dozens of people trying, and the results were all voice abnormalities.
- The abnormal situation is not 100%, so multiple tests are needed to know.
