Invalid credentials when attempting to access windows 10

Question

Using Beyond trust Privilged remote access

Hello, on the same windows VM, I created both a RemoteRDP jump method and RemoteJump method

The RemoteRDP works perfectly with no issues.

But when i try to access the VM using the Remote jump method an error message occurs stating that the credentials are invalid Tho I'm 100%%% sure that the credentials are correct.

I made sure that workstation service, server service remote registry service are all working. and made sure that it has ADMIN$ and printing and file sharing are activated.

Where did things go wrong?
