Recently, I have noticed that this file always appears on the D drive, maliciously occupying system space. Every time, I have to delete it, and it occurs again a few days after deletion. There is simply not enough memory. How can I completely delete the automatic generation of this system file?

If I don't delete it, it will cause inconvenience to my use and cause a problem of insufficient hard disk memory, which is very uncomfortable.
Open computer management and see if there are any user defined data collector sets. Check the directory tab to see which ones are logging to the D drive. Stop/delete them if you no longer need them. Or disable the schedules.

Well given the fact that this log is going to the D drive in a folder named MyBTlog, this is clearly not a default Windows configuration. Someone who has administrator access had to manually set that up. Who has that access? Have you asked them what they did?
Run regedit and search for "D:\MyBTlog".
Look to see if tracelog is installed on your pc. Run "tracelog /l" and see if that folder is listed somewhere.
