Speech service pricing

I want to calculate the cost of the Speech Translation service and I don't fully understand the pricing page. Let's say I have a 1-hour audio file that I want to translate into 4 languages.

According to the pricing page. It should be $2.5 per audio/hour. This price is per output language or is it the same price no matter how many languages I want to translate into?

Also, there is a note saying:

This price includes 1 audio input and output, up to 2 text translation language using standard or custom Speech to Text and standard Translation. For custom Translation or 3+ translation languages, please reference the Azure AI Translator Text Translation pricing page

Why should I use the Azure AI Translation pricing page if I am not using that service?

The $2.5 per audio/hour price for the Speech Translation service includes 1 audio input and output, up to 2 text translation languages using standard or custom Speech to Text and standard Translation. This means that this charge applies up to 2 text translation languages only.

If you want to translate into 3 or more languages, you will need to reference the Azure AI Translator Text Translation pricing page, and you will be charged extra according to that pricing.

Though you will not use Azure AI Translation, but the pricing is compared with respect to that service.
