My phone is not working, I need to get the passcode to be able to log in to the Microsoft account

Sounds like you'll need an account admin to reset the account so a new QR code can be generated with which you can relink the authentication device to your account.

You can use another method to authenticate in case of trouble if you have an alternate email configured or a phone number for a SMS.
