How to Properly Add themeforest theme to my Wordpress.org website...

I initially hosted my website on Wordpress.com but opted to manage it independently, creating a new Wordpress.org site with a new domain name using Azure Domain Service (aldreamsintoreality7.com).

However , the theme didn't download correctly, and I'm struggling to identify the issue. Could it possibly be related to the PHP configuration?
