how to cancel the free subscription to azure as my Account is locked and i am not able to recover.

Hello Team,

I had created an free subscription account on azure and but after a day , i was not able to login to the account, i was getting below message.

Sign in

Sign-in is blocked

You've tried to sign in too many times with an incorrect account or password.

Sign-in with xx.xx3@hotmail.com is blocked for one of these reasons:

Someone entered the wrong password too many times.

If you signed up for this account through an organization, you might not be able to use it yet.

I tried to recover but not able to. Now i want to get rid of this account and also want to cancel that free subscription where i have submitted my card details.
Please suggest how can i do that.
