Why isn't On Vue available in Microsoft Store?

Hi,

I am scheduled to take a test via Pearson On Vue later this morning. Upon attempting to run a test, the download of the app is not available in the Microsoft Store.

Would you please assist me as I am unable to access my exam? Unfortunately, rescheduling as it is past the 24-hour window & cost is not refundable.

This is quite frustrating. Any help is greatly appreciated.
