Cannot find Azure Fundamentals certificate after passing exam

Hi Microsoft team,

I passed today the exam "AZ-900 - Microsoft Azure Fundamentals", but I have not received any email confirmation after the exam and my profile does not show any certificate. Can you help? I am running out of ideas.
