Unable to My certification and transcript for Download.

Dear Team,

Today I passed my PL-100 Exam and I am unable to see\download certificates and transcripts for my exams. Also I am unable to see my future scheduled exams.

My candidate id- MS0995744575

Exam registration id- 461462800

Today, Passed exam registration ID- 46347622

Please do the needful. If possible please merge my MS profile or MS dashboard profile.
