Can't find the account I had use to create UWP app

Hello
I had created this app online (uwp) years ago
https://apps.microsoft.com/detail/university-mooc-french/9NBLGGH69N3D?hl=en-us&gl=US
but I can't find it anywhere when I login to https://appcenter.ms/apps
is there any way I can find which email I used to created this app ?

Is that email what you are looking for?

The support email is an email I had configured myself from the admin / dev page...I am looking for the link from where I can manage this app of mine
if I go here https://partner.microsoft.com/dashboard/v2/home?route=v2I don't see any app
for android the link looks like this
https://play.google.com/console/developers
but what's the link for microsoft uwp apps ?

Maybe you could try to open a support ticket and talk to the Store team to see if they could help you find your developer account. Please open a free support ticket here: Contact Us. Go to Contact us tab , find Non-Technical Support - Dashboard and choose SUBMIT AN INCIDENT.
