User Authentication / Verification via MS Authenticator Application

Question

The expectation is to have a feature in MS Authenticator that will let our tech team to invoke an On-Demand Push Notification to partners as a Security Validation to verify if the person on the other end of the call is actually the one who he/she is claiming to be. Similar feature is offered on DUO, OKTA and other 2 factor authentication applications.

The feature to invoke the On-Demand Push Notification will be housed in the Entra Portal or Azure Portal.

@Akhil R Kumar Apologies for the delayed response, As I understand you are looking for a on-demand push notification feature within the authenticator app, as far i am aware end user from his security info page he can send the notification and test the functionality, however as a Global admin of the Microsoft Entra ID Portal, on behalf of the user admin cant verify the push notification capability.

Let me check with my team, if we have this feature request in pipeline.
