how to Pearson vue account

Question

I am unable to schedule a credential test with pearsonvue.

I received this messages while being redirected to there site on the scheduling process.

https://examregistration.microsoft.com/error?s=ERROR_CANDIDATE_NOT_FOUND

I contacted Pearson Vue Support and they indicate that I dont have an account with them and the MSID is required to create an account. I appreciate your assistance on help me to schedule my first Microsoft
