How to REALLY log off in Microsoft Learn?

Dear reader,

When I search for "log off Microsoft Learn" in the Q&A section, I get 300,590 results. Yet, when I want to write a question, I have to use tags, of which none comes close to the issue I have a question about.

I really don't understand why I am still logged into my Microsoft Learn account, when I have selected "Sign out". While the top right of the page says "Singn in", my profile, user name, XP, badges etc. are still visible. Also, when I select "Sign in", I see that I'm STILL signed in. How can this be? What on earth do I need to do to sign out? Delete and reinstall my browser?? And why do I have to report a problem with my account, and do all this effort before I can sign out?

It is not the first time something like this happens with a Microsoft service. By now, it is already the 3rd time!! The Microsoft Edge browser and the Microsoft Outlook mailbox brought me the same negative experience. While the modules here learn how to meet user experience, in Power BI reports, maybe Microsoft should begin to uphold what it preaches. Just a suggestion.

Learn / Cert is not supported here on Q&A forums. I'd try asking for assistance in dedicated forums here. Participate\Ask A Question Learn / Cert Moderators will help you from there.

    Ask the Microsoft Learning Community
