How to fix the sign in problem to my azure account

I can not sign in to my azure account because I have created another account with the same credit card, could you help me to solve this problem please?

    As per our discussion over the team's call, the issue seems to be with some settings in your laptop Operating system, kindly drop an email with all the points which we discussed to below mention Microsoft support team email ids.

    I can not open up a ticket with Azure Billing Support neither because I have to sign in to my azure account too so I'm stock in that, any another option?
