I am Sri Subhash Pathuri and may have used these below emails earlier to get certifications from Microsoft. I get discounts from my work email.
Work email: firstname.lastname@example.org
Personal emails: email@example.com, firstname.lastname@example.org
- I have passed the Azure fundamentals exam and passed it in July 2022 and at that time this was my account certification id: 993679989. I have also attached the certification as an attachment. Regarding this certification I was receiving emails to email@example.com.
Recently, when i tried to register for the exam through my work discount through https://esi.microsoft.com/ and added my profile details with (firstname.lastname@example.org). I was not able to schedule an exam with pearsonVue for Azure Data Engineering Associate DP-203. They said that they would only handle the payment part and for accounts I need to post a question here.
Next when I tried to recover my microsoft learn account with this email: (email@example.com) . The learn portal forced me to create a new account with this email id(firstname.lastname@example.org) and assigned a new certification id: MCID:995865975. Now i am not able to access the previous certification nor I can see the exam for which i paid as described below.
Hence, I ended up paying for my exam on call without the work discount and paid the full price of 160$ for DP-203 and attached is my confirmation from PearsonVue regarding the exam on November 28th. Request to please merge whatever accounts present and resolve this issue at the earliest before November 25th so that I can take the exam on time.
I am not able to see this exam at all on my microsoft learn portal. PearsonVue exam portal has a free cancellation policy before 24 hours. So if the concerned staff is not able to resolve the issue by 26th, please let me know so that I can reschedule the exam to a later date.
